Bottled in August 2021, this non-vintage Champagne from Pierre Paillard is made with a combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on 22 parcels in Bouzy – a Grand Cru village on the southern slopes of Montagne de Reims. Les Parcelles XVII offers notes of peaches, yellow plums, orange, garden herbs and chalk throughout the palate.
