Brindle Distillery is an independent distillery situated on Holmes Farm, nestled in the beautiful landscape of rural Lancashire, in the charming, historical village of Brindle.

All of the raw materials that go into making our spirits either come directly from our farm or are locally sourced.
Our natural spring delivers fresh spring water to the distillery which is used in the distillation of our spirits and for cooling our still ‘Maggie’.
To give our spirits their award-winning taste, we use sustainably and ethically sourced botanicals from the UK and across the world.”
Distilled at 40%ABV this Sunshine gin is made with natural honey as a substitute for sugar which helps this delightful gin create a very smooth and sweet experience.

Palate: creamy, sweet nutty
