The first bottling of Westport blended malt Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Westport is a tea-spooned malt, made predominantly with whisky from one well known distillery, blended with a small amount (teaspoon amount) of whisky from another distillery though those distilleries remain a well kept secret. The result is a blended malt tasting predominantly like a whisky from one well known distillery! Aged for 21 glorious years and bottled at 949.7% ABV and limited to only 330 bottles.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Apple pie, Ribena, lemon citrus oil and Christmas spices.
Palate: Tropical fruits of coconut and mango, poached pears and citrus rind.
Finish: Long and fruity with creamy caramel and clove.
