The Margaret River Distilling Company was established to enhance Cameron Syme’s love of Australian craft spirit. Cameron is the owner and Master Distiller for the Great Southern Distilling Company which is situated in the South of Western Australia. Limeburners Single Malt Whisky, Giniversity Gin, Tiger Snake Whiskey and Dugite Whiskey are the core brands under the One Family, Three Distilleries banner, as founded by Cameron in 2004. These multi award winning spirits are all Australian made using as much local produce and local talent as possible, creating world class drinks for us all to enjoy.
