This peated expression has been matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, mixing the sherry sweetness with the salty peaty characteristic of the spirit to create a delicious whisky. Bottled at 46% ABV

Nose: coastal sea spray, dried fruits and spice
Palate: strong, thick malt with sweet candied fruits and spice
Finish: salt and spice, slight sweetness
