Yellow Rose is the oldest legal whiskey distillery in Houston Texas, born from a conversation among friends and named after a character of local folklore – a woman known as the ‘Yellow Rose of Texas’ – who’s bravery helped Sam Houston in the battle for Texas’ independence with Mexico.
Their flagship product “Outlaw” is made from 100% Corn, aged in special small American Oak barrels with local temperature variations of up to 20 degrees giving it special characteristics with an ABV of 46%, it’s sure to please any Bourbon fan.

Nose: Strong sense of corn, corn meal, oak
Taste: Sweeter, slightly woody with vanilla and a hint of spice
Finish: Long lasting finish, returning to corn
