Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Ginger snap biscuits, salty maritime notes, stone fruits and fennel.
Palate: Stone fruits of apricots, nectarines and plums, roast vegetables of carrots and fennel, caramelised brown sugar, wisp of smoke, Christmas spices.
Finish: Honey sweetness and subtle spice.
