A limited release from the Nikka distillery using lightly peated spirit from the Miyagikyo Distillery and heavily peated spirit from the Yoichi distillery. Coffey grain spirit is also used and maturation is completed ex Sherry casks.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Toffee apples, freshly cooked gingerbread men, cloves and wood spice.
Palate: Orchard fruits of pear and apple, toffee sweetness, roasted sweet potato, ginger and clove.
Finish: Sweet spices and balanced oak.
