Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla slice drizzled with orange infused icing sugar and accompanied with mango sorbet.
Palate: Plenty of vanilla, creamy, Vietnamese mint, pickled ginger, nutmeg, fruit compote.
Finish: Tarte Tatin, with a sprinkling of caramelised icing sugar and salted caramel ice cream.
