Joining the Green Spot Irish whiskey in the ‘Spot’ range of whiskies.
Matured in three types of cask, American ex-bourbon cask, Spanish ex-Sherry butts and Spanish ex-Malaga casks. Slightly sweeter than the Green Spot but great tried side by side.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Orchard fruit compote, vanilla, sultanas and figs.
Taste: Tinned peaches, bourbon oak, almond meal, very smooth.
Finish: Stone fruits, marzipan, sweet and balanced. Highly recommended.
