Shipping Fees and Order Processing

Flat Rate Fee: We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 for all orders nationwide (where permissible by law).
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the recipient’s location.

Restricted Shipping

Due to varying state laws and regulations concerning the shipment of alcoholic beverages, we cannot ship liquor to certain states. These may include (but are not limited to):

Alabama
Mississippi
Utah

Before placing an order, please review your local and state laws. If you place an order for delivery to a restricted state, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees, if incurred).

Delivery Requirements

Adult Signature: An adult of at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. The carrier may request a valid government-issued photo ID.
Incorrect Address: Seattle Wines And Spirits is not responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@seattlewineandspirits.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to the United States (subject to the aforementioned restrictions).
