As always, Balcones bring out the best in their ingredients through traditional double distillation in hand-built copper pot stills. Their unique cooperage program consisting of a variety of oak species and multiple toast profiles, results in a bold and robust rum with rich deep fruit flavours, with viscous and warm notes of vanilla and caramel.
