An Islay single malt from North Star Spirits, dubbed Chaos after the star of the same name, though it tastes like anything but chaotic! This whisky is a vatting of three Caol Ila casks. Drawn from a combination of Oloroso Sherry butts and a refill Hogshead. Bottled at 50% abv with a release of only 1400 bottles for the entire world to enjoy.

Producing artisan single cask whisky from various regions of Scotland as well as bottling rums, gins and Bourbon whiskey. All products are small batch, bottled at cask strength.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Dark toffee and pistachio nuts, freshly cooked waffles, sea spray and polished oak.
Palate: Salted caramel, lemon citrus and some Christmas cake spice.
Finish: Oily and creamy with smoky peaty notes and sea salt.
