This single malt whisky was distilled in 1997 at the Glen Rothes distillery before being placed in an ex-Sherry Butt and left to mature for 22 years. In August 2019 it was bottled at 43% abv in a stylish Ibisco decanter.
Only 585 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Christmas spice and apple pie with toasted almonds
Palate: Plenty of oak, red fruits and stewed orchard fruits. A little nutty too.
Finish: Berry jam and stewed apples with a touch of spice.
