This Irish single pot still whiskey is extremely popular all across the world. It was originally in Dublin at Mitchell’s grocer store which was situated in the heart of the city. The aromas and the flavour this whiskey is well known for has never changed since.
Matured in first and second fill ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry casks. An extremely floral whiskey bursting with flavour and wonderful characteristics.

Nose: Green tea, peppermint, creamy vanilla, butterscotch, caramel, manuka honey.
Taste: Apples and peaches, menthol, oak and spice.
Finish: Vanilla, caramel sweetness, apple and pear drops.
