Established in 1779 Kinahan’s has received two royal rewards and became the whiskey of choice for legendary American bartender Jerry Thomas. Kinahan’s has not been seen in the 1900’s but it’s recent relaunch has sparked some very eager interest. Bottled at 46% ABV and released as a small batch whiskey.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Soft honey sweetness which leads to blonde caramel and bread & butter pudding.
Taste: Soft orchard fruits combine with leather and some slight earthy notes.
Finish: Manuka honey and white pepper.
