Zuidam Distillers still creates their products in the traditional artisanal way. All ingredients are 100% natural and are carefully selected and processed into the most beautiful products in our family owned and run distillery. All recipes are designed by father Fred and son Patrick van Zuidam.
This Rye has been matured for at least 4 years in a combination of new American Oak barrels, ex-bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being bottled at 46% ABV.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: citrus and spice with a subtle vanilla sweetness
Palate: continued fruits with honey and more spice
Finish: long finish, continued vanilla and a slight touch of pepper
