This rum has long been out of production but we found a few bottles in our warehouse which may or may not have been placed away for a rainy day. Well that rainy day has come and we are now sharing it with you.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Lots of dried apricots, clove and cinnamon, aniseed and freshly made toffee.
Taste: Plenty of oak, spice and sweetness. Menthol cleanses the palate as more toffee sweetness takes over.
Aroma: A long delicious, buttery, spicy finish.
