San Diego Distilleries 92 proof Bourbon carries a mammoth portion of Vienna barley that rounds out a lively corn mash with exotic malt essence. Hints of vanilla bean, rose buds and caramel candy on the nose, finishing with shades of resinous oak. 46% abv

This cask strength variant is robust & malty, becoming a teasing affair of caramel, hazelnuts and tannin with a measure of water. 52% abv

The San Diego Cask Strength American single malt is distilled from seven different malted barleys. Built upon a Russian imperial stout backbone, mocha and toffee dominate the nose, with a palate pop of dark chocolate fudge and wood fired marshmallows. 61.5% abv
