This pack will support a fund to help bars in Melbourne when the lockdown restrictions are lifted. This could be through free tastings, bottle donations or advertising.

These casks have been individually selected from the lesser known Girvan Distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland. There are not many single grain whiskies around but these are an excellent option for those of us who like a whisky which is fresh and easy drinking. Single grain whiskies are also a great addition to cocktails and winter Toddies. 43% abv

This independent bottle by Signatory has been matured in a refill Sherry butt for 10 years. Produced as part of Signatory Vintages copper tin range. 43% abv

This single malt whisky was distilled at the Glenlivet distillery in the year 2007 and left to mature in a single 1st fill Sherry Butt for 12 years. It was then bottled in 2019 at 46% abv and un-chillfiltered. 46% abv

Unnamed Orkney 2005 Aged 13 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Signatory Vintage (30ml)

This independent bottling has been hand picked by Australian importers The Spirits Company and bottled for the Australian market only. The spirit which was distilled at an undisclosed Orkney distillery has been maturing in a single Hogshead Ex-Bourbon Barrel for 13 years. It was picked by Scottish Brand Ambassador Craig Merson from a number of casks at the Edradour Distillery in the bonded warehouses of Signatory Vintage.
The cask was then shared with international social media group ‘Dram Full’ and the 319 bottles were distributed across Australia only.
This bottling has been bottled at natural cask strength 56.2% abv.

This independent bottling has been hand picked by the Australian importers The Spirits Company and bottled for the Australian market only. The spirit which was distilled at the Caol Ila distillery has been maturing in a 1st fill Ex-Bourbon Hogshead barrel for 9 years. It was picked by Scottish Brand Ambassador Craig Merson from a number of casks at the Edradour Distillery in the bonded warehouses of Signatory Vintage.
This bottling has been bottled at natural cask strength 57.2% abv.
