The newest release in the Springbank Sherry series, this whisky has been matured for 5 years in Bourbon casks, followed by 5 years in Amontillado sherry casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: There is an earthy, mustiness on the nose, along with notes of hazelnut, maraschino cherries and blood orange.

Palate: Notes of cured meats, gorse and tobacco box are balanced with sweet hints of coconut and treacle.
