Nose: Scorched sugar, citrus, vanilla and a faint whiff of oak
Taste: lots of spice, and a subtle sweetness. Like Dark Chocolate with chilli. Slight cherry fruitiness towards the end
Finish: Long, lasting finish, still spicy, but sweeter that the palate.
