The Sullivans Cove Distillery offers special cask releases from its distillery which are some of the rarest releases to be seen in Australia. These whiskies receive exception al scores for Australian critics and overseas critics time after time. The releases are small, possibly only a few hundred bottles at the most.
This Special cask taken from barrel TD0085 was matured ina single Refill American Oak Barrel and left to mature for fourteen years before it was bottled at 47.5% abv. Only 456 bottles were available.
