We are very pleased to be offering our customers such a unique experience. The Sullivans Cove Distillery offers special cask releases from its distillery which are some of the rarest releases to be seen in Australia. These whiskies receive exception al scores for Australian critics and overseas critics time after time. The releases are small, possibly only a few hundred bottles at the most.
Special cask #7 taken from barrel TD0214 was matured in an American oak ex-apera cask and left to mature for eleven years before it was bottled at 45.8% abv. Only 281 bottles were available.
