North Star Spirits is an independent bottler based in Glasgow, Scotland. They pride themselves on bottling the finest single malt Scotch whisky, blended whisky and blended malt Scotch whisky. Producing artisan single cask whisky from various regions of Scotland as well as bottling rums, gins and Bourbon whiskey. All products are small batch, bottled at cask strength.
A limited-edition blended malt from North Star Spirits, named Supersonic Mach 2. A sherry matured blended whisky bottled at a very flavoursome 50% abv.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted almonds, dark fruits of figs and dates, milk chocolate and sweet malt.
Palate: Orchard fruits of apple and pear, Autumn berries, espresso and marmalade.
Finish: Valencia oranges, stewed sultanas and raisins.
