A release from Independent bottler North Star to help raise funds for the Ukranian Humanitarian Appeal. North Star are donating their profits raised from this bottling to the Disasters Emergency Committee. To help support our local Ukranian community in Australia we are happy to announce that a once of donation of $400 will be donated to a local Ukranian Organisation to help family members in Australia. This payment will be donated by The Whisky Company.
The whisky is a blended malt matured in a weighty sherry barrel for 7 years and bottled at 65.6% ABV. Only 500 bottles are available worldwide.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Figs, walnuts, dates and oranges with bold cinnamon, coffee and nutmeg notes.
Palate: Summer pudding, creamy caramel, vanilla, orange marmalade, espresso and nutmeg.
Finish: Long with bold sherry notes, allspice and creamy butterscotch.
