This has created whiskey full of delicate fruits and dark chocolate.

Nose: Stewed apples and pears, shortbread and vanilla with spice.
Palate: Lychee and green grapes, apples and pears with peaches and citrus.
Finish: Good quality dark chocolate and citrus peels.
