At Seattle Wines And Spirits, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our policy below for guidance on returns and refunds.


Return Window and Process

  1. 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Return Authorization: Before sending any products back, please contact us at info@seattlewineandspirits.com to request a Return Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Conditions

We issue refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened and Undamaged Items: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged to qualify for a standard refund.

  2. Defective or Wrong Orders: If you believe the item is defective, not of original quality, or you received the wrong order, please notify us within 30 days. We may request photo evidence or arrange for the product to be shipped back for inspection.

  3. Partially Used or Opened Bottles: Generally, opened or partially consumed bottles of liquor are not eligible for a refund. However, if you believe there is a quality issue (e.g., spoiled product, authenticity concern), please reach out to us with documentation.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (e.g., gift cards, CDs or promotional merchandise, personalized or custom items) may not be eligible for returns. We will clearly state these exclusions at the time of purchase.


Refund Method and Timeline

  1. Original Payment Method: All approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  2. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In cases where the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variation, please initiate a return for the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Lost Return Packages

Seattle Wines And Spirits is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
