The first batch of Westport blended malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a fruity, sweet 21-year-old with aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cooked apples, blackcurrant and orange oil that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dried mango, candied orange peel, poached pear, cloves and caramel that linger in the finish.
