This small-batch, 100% agave mezcal is handcrafted using Espadín agave, grown in red, rich soils and slow-roasted in underground ovens. The result is a beautifully complex, smoky, and earthy spirit that reflects the terroir and centuries-old traditions of its origin.

Made by Don Valente Angel, a respected third-generation mezcalero, this mezcal is double-distilled in copper stills and fermented with wild native yeasts. It’s unaged (joven), ensuring that the raw and natural essence of the agave shines through.

Expect a sophisticated nose of light smoke, tropical fruits, earth, and floral tones, followed by a warm and smooth palate with subtle minerality and herbal finish.
