Allt-A-Bhainne is a modern distillery built in 1975 with a capacity of four million litres per year. Nearly all production goes into blended whisky including Chivas Regal. This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the first official whisky from Allt-A-Bhainne and was inspired by wanting to pair peat and smoke with traditional Speyside sweetness.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Smoke and light spice, with elements of oak, toffee and a slight fruitiness
Palate: Peat with spiced apricot, with honey and toffee.
Finish: Drawn out smokey finish with a touch of spice
