The second release of Scottish rye whiskey from Arbikie distillery, distilled from a combination of Aranted Scottish rye, Viscount wheat and Odyssey malted barley, before being matured in a combination of charred American oak casks and ex-Armagnac barrels. The palate offers sweet notes of sticky dates, dried apricot and vegetal caraway.
