Elijah Craig 18 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon is aged for at least 18 years in white oak barrels and is composed of a mash bill that includes 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. This results in a perfectly balanced blend of peppery rye spice, cloves, brown sugar, and bold oak.
