The second release of Highland Park Cask Strength single malt is a bold whiskey that has been matured in a combination of European oak sherry casks, ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks. Aromas of almond cake, pears, toasted oak, peat smoke, cracked black pepper and liquorice fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.
