One for the history books: this is the first single malt ever to be made from biodynamic barley. The approach to framing proposed by Rudolf Steiner treats a piece of land and the crops thereon as a single organism to be kept healthy and harmonious. This ground-breaking dram is remarkably vibrant and expressive, showing white fruit, wildflower honey and citrusy notes of farmhouse ale on the nose. The perfumed notes then gives way to a palate of apple pie, lemon zest and stony minerality.
